Preparation NCSG meeting during Brussels ICANN meeting (June 2010). Being located near Brussels and member of NCUC I'm willing to take on the preparation of this meeting. I'm trying to get some special attention from the EU.

From August last year, I am not active online because I must to drive preparatory ICT event in DR Congo which will be held on july 2010 when the country will celebrate fifty years of independance. I've took this opportunity to mobilize a digital actors in local and international level for promoting digital technology in DR Congo and in central africa sub region.

I wish deeply to invite some NCUC delegations in this event.
