I would like to know from this group what definition we would give to the right of each (internet) consumer to book/register his/her domain name within the region (ccTLD) they live ?
Members interested in creating a new constituency within the NonCommercial Stakeholder Group at ICANN dedicated to protecting consumer rights in GNSO policy.
